THE SIX MONTHS
How It Works
The same measures at each end, and progress tracked the whole way through. You see what changed.
1
STEP
ADHD-OS™ Assessment
Two sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, parents and teen together. Together, we build a six-month plan around your teen's strengths.
3
STEP
Parent Coaching
BCBA-led parent coaching every month around topics you select. Access to the full Unlockt Parent Curriculum and direct messaging with your coach.
2
STEP
Teen Coaching
BCBA-led teen coaching every week around measurable goals. Accountability as often as you need it.
4
STEP
Final Assessment
The same ratings again, six months later so you can see real changes, measured.

WEEKLY
ADHD Coaching for Teens, Every Week
One-on-one, goal-driven, and built around 24 high-impact areas. Your teen leaves each session with actual action steps, data tracking, and accountability.

Goals are what make the Teen Program personal, and they are what drives the growth. The areas run from time management and organization through emotional regulation, motivation, and self-advocacy at school. The list is the same for every teen. The ADHD-OS™ Assessment sets the order, and it is adjusted as your teen makes progress.
MONTHLY
Parent Coaching for the Teen Years
Parenting a 16-year-old with ADHD is a different job than parenting a 9-year-old. You want them ready for a job, a licence, and a life you are not running from the next room, and you want to stop being the one who nags. Sessions run in person or virtually. You and your teen's coach work the same plan. Your teen hears one message, not two.
