Co-Founder & Program Director

Eva Luther

With over 30 years of experience, Eva is a highly skilled Behavioral Consultant, BCBA, and Special Education Teacher. She has dedicated her career to developing effective behavior interventions and supporting children with neurodiversity.

Eva holds advanced degrees in Psychology and Special Education, along with a Board Certification in ABA.

Eva’s extensive experience includes working with children to overcome challenges and teaching parents science-backed strategies to help their children thrive.

After nearly three decades in public education, Eva joined Unlockt™ to specialize exclusively in ADHD, bringing her expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach to every family she works with.

Raghu Misra

Raghu is a visionary leader who excels in guiding teams to develop cutting-edge products and solutions swiftly, with a focus on maximizing business value through dynamic leadership, strategic planning, and technology innovation.

As a serial entrepreneur and technocrat with a global perspective, he has a proven track record of enhancing organizational performance. Raghu's expertise in Agile Product Development, IT strategy, and leveraging technology is instrumental in supporting Unlockt's mission.

Known for his ability to solve complex problems quickly, Raghu is an initiator who thrives on setting the pace and exploring new possibilities. He values out-of-the-box thinking, brainstorming, and strategic vision, contributing to Unlockt's efforts to empower families with ADHD.

Emily Connor

Emily leads our program research, design, strategy, and operations. By grounding our work in the needs of real families, she ensures our team stays true to our mission and that our program exceeds expectations.

Before joining Unlockt™, Emily coordinated strategy for a $15M portfolio at one of the Fortune 500’s top five companies and led over 20+ projects as a management consultant.

She trained in human-centered design with top experts in the field at the University of North Carolina and has been published for her work applying this method in the academic sector.
