Impulsivity, procrastination, and emotional dysregulation can interfere with achieving goals and growing independence. At the same time, these young adults possess incredible strengths—creativity, problem-solving skills, and resilience—that, with the right support, can help them thrive.
Unlockt’s Young Adult Program is designed to meet these specific needs. We focus on building essential life skills, such as time management, goal-setting, self-advocacy, and emotional regulation. Our strategies empower young adults to take control of their responsibilities, strengthen their problem-solving abilities, and foster meaningful relationships. By honing these skills, they can confidently transition into adulthood and create a fulfilling, independent life path.

Our Young Adult Program is a six-month, data-driven support system offering personalized strategies to help you develop the tools for long-term success and self-reliance.
Through weekly coaching sessions and targeted skill development, we focus on what matters most to you—whether it’s improving time management, enhancing focus, building self-advocacy, or navigating relationships. Our proven, research-backed methods help you effectively manage ADHD and confidently move toward your goals.
Custom Roadmap
Our ADHD-OS™ personalized assessment is designed to help young adults build a structured support system tailored to their unique needs. Over the course of two 60-90 minute sessions with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), we’ll create a comprehensive, strengths-based plan to help you thrive with ADHD.
This 6-month roadmap focuses on leveraging your natural talents while providing expert strategies to address areas that need support. Whether it’s improving focus, managing emotions, or enhancing executive functioning, we’ll equip you with the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges and achieve your goals.
Expert Coaching
Our Young Adult Program offers weekly 1:1 coaching to help you build the skills that matter most. Together, we’ll tackle 24 key topics proven to boost success, including time management, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. Each session focuses on your unique goals, with regular progress monitoring and accountability tools to keep you on track.
But you’re not alone on this journey. You’ll also gain access to monthly support groups where you can connect with others who understand your experience. These sessions provide a safe space to practice new strategies, strengthen social skills, and build meaningful connections with peers.
Cognitive Training
Our Young Adult Program leverages evidence-based methods backed by over 80 years of research to enhance critical cognitive skills like focus, inhibition, memory, and executive functioning.
Through dynamic, skill-building exercises, you’ll strengthen your ability to process information quickly, stay organized, and manage impulsivity. These engaging, gamified sessions are designed for easy implementation from the comfort of home, making it simple to fit cognitive development into your routine.
By improving your mental agility and self-regulation, you’ll be better equipped to handle real-world challenges, from meeting deadlines to navigating complex social interactions with confidence.
